“If you only walk on sunny day’s you’ll never reach your destination”
– Paulo Coelho

I am a wife of one and a mother of two amazing men who keep me grounded while I am navigating my personal journey through life. From my earliest memory, I have been deeply interested in life lessons. Wisdom is gained from the ability to experience, whatever my circumstances are, as lessons to prepare me for all that is to come. My pursuit of this growth mindset is my significant reason for becoming a life coach practitioner.
If I write this without my philosophical cap on, it would read like this:
I am a mother of two boys that have both contributed to my grey hair and early ageing, whom I love so deeply it hurts when I don’t like them. I am a wife of a man that I can truly trust, a man that is not perfect and is not my knight in shining armour. He is my rock, no matter what, and I want to grow old with him. I am a woman who has been hurt and who has healed, I have experienced trauma, I have failed and overcome, I have lived a dream and a nightmare and I’m always proud to learn and grow. I love people enough to respect and care about their journeys and it is a privilege to be trusted to share in theirs.

“I have learned and continue to learn gratitude for the gifts I receive while walking on the cloudiest of days.”
